At this time, we are not taking pre-orders. Once hatched, all poultry is available and held for pick-up upon Venmo or Invoiced Card payment. Text us at: (303) 961-7795 to reserve.

At The W5 Ranch, most of our breeding program revolves around creating birds that:
a) Lay a kaleidoscope of shell colors
b) Have fun & unique feather patterns
c) Are high-production egg layers
From our coops, you can expect birds that lay a variety of blue, green, brown, dark brown, and speckled eggs.
Marsbars
Marsbars are a cross between on of our blue layers to one of our bourbons. Producing a variety of light to medium olive colored eggs some with speckling. 10% of Mars will lay brown eggs.
Mint Eggers
Easter Egger is an umbrella term used to describe crossbred birds who to lay a pale blue, or light minty green egg, 10% of Mints will lay pink/buff tinted eggs.
Bourbon Barrel Browns
the Bourbons, are our darkest layers, laying between a dark copper to chocolate colored shell, some even with speckles. Each generation tends to take on an even darker hue.
Timberline Green
Our darkest greens, we take our Marsbars and cross them back to our Bourbons to create a medium to dark green layer. Our Timberlines can lay a wide variety of green hues along with those of the Bourbons. 10% of Timberlines will lay dark brown eggs.
Our Poultry Guarantee
Sex Guarantee
We guarantee the gender of our sexed birds with a 90% accuracy. There is always a small margin of error. If you bought a SHE, and ended up with a HE. We will provide a full refund for that bird
However, If you purchased a strait-run bird, meaning the sex has not been identified. Then it is a gamble on gender and we cannot provide any sort of refund for that bird.
Hang onto the sales receipt. You will be required to provide this in the event of a refund.
Return Policy
We do not accept any returned poultry once it has left The W5 Ranch.
Once a bird has stepped off the premises we are unable to control the biohazard risk that may have taken place from outside exposure. The buyer will be responsible for the rehoming or culling of any birds they no longer wish to keep.
We take pride in providing high-quality, healthy birds across the state. That to our knowledge shows no signs of illness or disease.
We guarantee the survival of our birds for 24 hours upon purchase. If you lose a bird within 24 hours of purchase, we will provide a full refund for that bird.
It is up to the buyer to provide proper quarantine practices prior to flock integrations, adequate housing, temperatures, and proper food and water that is designed for the type of poultry and age.
