Seasonal Storage

On the ranch, we have a 96‘x 80' cold storage building with a 14' door clearance, as well as outdoor parking. All watercraft must be covered if stored outside.

We can accommodate equipment up to 38 feet in length. Lengths must include the bumper tung/hitch/motor in the total.

Tours of our seasonal storage spaces are available upon request.

Our building is designed for off-season equipment, we do not have a setup that allows for in-and-out active usage.

We run our storage by the season. Your rate covers the entire season, we do not prorate based on drop-off or pick-up dates.

Our Seasons:

Winter storage: November 1st - April 31st.

Summer storage: May 1st - October 31st.

Rates:

Indoor Storage:

Small (up to 18 ft) $300/Season

Medium (up to 28 ft) $400/Season

Large (up to 38 ft) $500/Season

Outdoor Parking:

Small (up to 18 ft) $200/Season

Medium (up to 28 ft) $300/Season

Large (up to 38 ft) $400/Season

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your spot. This deposit goes towards your final payment.

Upon equipment drop-off we require a full season payment, a copy of equipment Insurance, and a signed Rental Agreement. Your agreement and Insurance must match your Drivers License. We check Licenses at drop off and pick up as an added security measure.

You can find our storage portal below. This allows renters to make payments, upload documents and sign the annual storage agreement. Please make sure all your documents have been submitted prior to arrival.
