Meet the family
Back to the land back to our roots
Welcome to The W5 Ranch. We operate our little family farm on 30 acres just outside of Osakis, MN.
Though we are both MN natives, we recently moved our family home at the end of 2023 after spending ten years in Colorado.
We have 3 wild boys to keep us on our toes. They go to school locally, play sports, participate in 4H, and spend much of their time helping us out with all the animals.
Our Ranch is dedicated to raising ADGA registered Nubian, and Nigerian dwarf goats, and live poultry. We have big plans of adding more animals into the mix soon, stay tuned on that!
You will find a few good hunting dogs, and barn cats roaming around the property along with a overly domesticated Turkey, and guardian geese who take their job way too seriously.
We offer seasonal storage inside our largest outbuilding as well as outdoor seasonal parking. The indoor building does tend to fill up fast so be sure to jump on reservations as the come available.
Please reach out with any of your animal, or storage needs. We are happy to help and can't wait to meet you!
The Wacholz Family
Tana and her family at The W5 Ranch have provided our family with healthy, and productive chickens each year, from production breeds to rainbow egg layers, and everything in between! Highly recommend if you are looking to buy local.
