Whole Lamb - $9/lb. Hanging Weight
$150 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of order.
Your total will fall around $360-$540. This is based off the average hanging weight of 40-60lbs, however weights can fall outside of this range.

The local processing shop of our choosing will communicate with you directly to discuss the cuts you prefer and when they expect to have your meat ready for pick up. Processing fees are around $1.25 per pound, this does fluctuate, and they charge this based upon the hanging weight. Processing fees are paid directly to the processor upon pick up.
You can expect to bring home around 25-40lbs of meat, this final number depends upon the finish weight of your lamb.
How To Order:
1) Place your order directly through us. You will then be sent an invoice for your holding deposit. Your order is not considered complete until the deposit has been received.
2) We will then contact you with estimated dates as well as the contact information for the processor being used.
3) Once the Lamb has been delivered to the processing facility, they will contact you directly to go over and help you choose the custom cuts for your order.
4) Prior to processing you will receive the final invoice from us, this will based upon the final hanging weight.
Your holding deposit is applied to your total. Processing fees are separate, you will pay the processor directly at pick up.
Once lamb has been dropped off at the processing facility our job is done. All questions around cuts, processing and timing must be directed to the designated meat locker.
